The story

 

 

 Since Daniel & Leon are experienced danceproducers, they produce all kinds of styles. Sometimes they start deep & atmosphearic, and end up with progressive. But sometimes they start with house, and end up with goa. It just depends on the crowd and the event.

The performance types also vary alot : sometimes EZ Loopaz will show up with only laptops, and sometimes they extend their show with deejaying, scratching, percussion, drums, Keys, live vocoding or beatboxing.

  

Daniel Maters and Leon Du Star hooked up in 2003 in Enschede (THE NETHERLANDS). They were brought together by the local partyscene. First they deejayed together at parties and later on they started to collaborate in the studio.

Because of their smooth cooperation and their love for dance music, Daniel Maters and Leon Du Star found out really soon they had to make tracks, tracks and more tracks.

Lots of late-night-sessions were made in the studio, and most of them had a track as result. The most succesfull tracks were tested on the dancefloor of 'CLUB ELIT', the club they were residents back in the days. Those tracks were called after a 'button' (see menu-item 'DISCS'). A track was 'button'-worthy, when a track had this 'EZ-LOOPAZ'-hypnotising effect on people. Like if we could literally 'push-a-button' on people, and our track is the controldevice.
